    Two years ago my son was referred to children’s for ear reconstruction. The ear molding was done with splints made of dental impression. I wasn’t happy with the outcome. This time around we were referred to Dr. Byrd’s office for my daughter. At Dr. Byrd’s office they use EarWells which have been specifically designed to reconstruct the ear. It is definitely more advanced. I really wish I would’ve know about his office two years ago. Dr. Byrds NP is very knowledgeable. The staff is very nice.
